Location: Remote

Salary: $132,000 - $165,000

What you will do

  • Identify and pursue new opportunities within existing enterprise accounts to expand hirify.global’s offerings.
  • Collaborate with the Customer Success team to build unique renewal strategies for each customer.
  • Partner with the Customer Success team to develop meaningful relationships with key stakeholders like HR leaders and CFOs.
  • Understand customer goals and business needs to deliver targeted recommendations and position hirify.global as an essential partner.
  • Manage the full commercial cycle for customer expansions and renewals, from discovery to contract execution.
  • Meet and exceed set revenue targets by closing renewal and upsell deals from assigned enterprise customers.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in account management, sales operations, or new business sales, focused on customer expansion and growth.
  • Demonstrated success in scaling renewal management with awareness of sales lifecycle tools like Salesforce, Docusign, Gainsight, and Zendesk.
  • Strong understanding of buyer dynamics, with the ability to effectively engage and influence key decision-makers.
  • Passion for advancing mental health care and improving employee well-being.
  • Outstanding communication and presentation skills and a thoughtful, collaborative approach.
  • Ability to travel up to 15% of the year to support renewal strategies and close expansion deals.
