What you will do

• Own environment strategy and QA governance across cloud and on-prem systems.
• Drive improvements in automation, tooling, and process efficiency.
• Oversee provisioning, integrations, and data refreshes.
• Lead a small team managing environment planning and release readiness.
• Contribute to infrastructure, CI/CD pipelines, and governance frameworks.
• Collaborate closely with engineering, platform, and product teams.

Requirements

• Location: Must be able to work hybrid with 3 days onsite in Leeds, UK
• Proven experience as QA & Environments Manager or similar in large/enterprise organisations.
• Strong knowledge of Agile, DevOps, and Waterfall delivery models.
• Hands-on experience with cloud provisioning and management, ideally Azure.
• Familiarity with SAP, ERP, or integrated enterprise systems.
• Excellent stakeholder management, mentoring, and communication skills.
