Location: Applicants must already be authorized to work in the United States on a full-time, permanent basis without the need for current or future sponsorship. Those local or living in surrounding areas to one of our offices (Bellevue, WA or New York, NY) will work a hybrid schedule, coming into their local office 1-3 days a week. While those in a role, not office-based and located further away from our offices, will work a fully remote schedule.
Salary: $110,000–$125,000 USD Annually

What you will do
- Serve as the external and internal face for hirify.global’s partnership and integration strategy across the Connected TV ecosystem.
- Lead day-to-day partner operations, including scoping, documentation, and relationship management.
- Collaborate with Product and Engineering to prioritize and operationalize new integrations.
- Partner with Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing to ensure go-to-market readiness for new integrations.
- Create and maintain partner materials and documentation.
- Manage partner operations, workflows, timelines, and escalations.
Requirements
- 5-7 years of experience in a client-facing, customer success, or partner management role within CTV, ad-tech, programmatic, data/identity, or SaaS.
- Excellent relationship-building, communication, and organizational skills.
- Demonstrated ability to take initiative and drive projects with limited oversight in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong understanding of the CTV, programmatic, identity, attribution, and data partnership landscape.
- Experience working cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Sales, CS, and Legal.
- Proven ability to manage competing priorities and complex workflows.
