What you will do
- Join Top Management and Sales teams, playing an essential role in company growth
- Manage inbound clients and build long-lasting relationships
- Work exclusively with warm leads and follow best practices for client retention and upselling
- Help clients achieve business goals and develop strategies
- Set personal goals, track progress, and manage performance
- Negotiate contract terms and collaborate with Design Leads, CTO, and Project Managers
Requirements
- English: C1+ required
- 4+ years experience as an Account Executive, with at least 2 years in IT-related sales
- Experience selling IT services to international enterprise clients
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience managing CRM software (ideally Pipedrive)
- Ability to work independently and follow established processes
