What you will do

• Design and build performant, resilient systems for real-time identity event processing
• Craft intuitive APIs and developer workflows to simplify Radar adoption
• Develop deep understanding of identity-security landscape and influence product direction
• Collaborate with customers and internal teams to improve risk models and workflows
• Maintain focus on reliability, security, correctness, and observability
• Work with leadership on new ideas and help recruit engineering talent

Requirements

• Must have 5+ years of software development experience
• Experience with large-scale systems, real-time pipelines, or event-driven architectures
• Ability to work in fast-paced, small team environments
• Strong communication skills and growth mindset
• English proficiency at least B2 (job posted in English)
• Location: Remote within the United States

Nice to have

• Experience with TypeScript, React, and Postgres
• Background in B2B SaaS or developer tools industry
