What you will do

• Lead strategic research initiatives that shape company direction.
• Partner with product teams on high-stakes decisions requiring research evidence.
• Synthesize insights across all customer touchpoints monthly.
• Build and maintain research repository and insight management system.
• Create research templates and playbooks for common study types.
• Train Product Managers and designers on research methods and quality standards.

Requirements

• 5+ years user research experience with a strong portfolio.
• Expert qualitative interviewer with strong survey and quantitative skills.
• Ability to deliver crisp, actionable insights and reusable artifacts.
• Experience synthesizing signals from research, analytics, CX, and sales into cohesive product direction.
• Has built or significantly improved research operations with systems for tracking insight adoption/impact.
• Fluent with modern research and analytics tools (e.g., Dovetail/UserTesting, product analytics, Figma/Notion/Slack, AI tools).
