What you will do

• Lead and manage customer implementation projects and professional services delivery.
• Design and configure sales commission plans and calculation models within hirify.global.
• Provide expert technical support and recommendations to customers and consultant teams.
• Manage customer onboarding and ensure smooth handover between teams.
• Apply project management methodologies to prioritize and manage expectations.
• Scope new implementation and post-implementation services and support negotiations.

Requirements

• Must reside in Australia near Melbourne or Sydney.
• 6+ years experience with complex sales compensation plans and data modeling.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and customer service skills.
• Experience working directly with customers in technical or consulting roles.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Nice to have

• Experience with hirify.global or competitor sales compensation software.
• Project management skills and experience with cloud software implementations.
• Familiarity with CRMs (Salesforce), ERPs (Netsuite), or subscription management systems (Zuora).
