Location: Madrid — Hybrid (2 days/week in the office)

What you will do

• Partner with Data Scientists and ML Engineers to validate models, track experiments, and understand their business impact.
• Explore data, detect patterns, and explain trends to facilitate smarter decisions.
• Translate insights into clear, actionable recommendations for business and engineering teams.
• Design metrics, dashboards, and monitoring systems for algorithms and KPIs.
• Contribute to a culture of clarity, curiosity, and collaboration.

Requirements

• +5 years of experience in data analysis, business analytics, or a similar role.
• Experience with SQL and comfortable using Python, Excel, or BI tools for data exploration and reporting.
• Understand basic statistical and experimental concepts (A/B testing, control groups, baselines).
• Ability to define and track key performance metrics to evaluate business and algorithmic success.
• Ability to communicate analytical results clearly, making complex data accessible to all audiences.
• Fluent English is required.
• Must be based in Madrid.

Nice to have

• Motivation to use Cursor or other AI tools to develop analysis and tools.
• Love visualizing data and building clear, intuitive dashboards.
• Spanish language skills.
