What you will do

• Communicate with internal and external stakeholders to achieve project goals and provide country-specific policy input.
• Consult on urban transit systems, multi-modal transport, and review mapping operations for quality.
• Document information needs, perform market comparison analysis, and suggest improvements for the data management platform.
• Create city-level transit data modeling policies based on market needs and local regulations.
• Identify data patterns, systematic problems, and user expectations to improve transit data.
• Manage city-specific data pipelines, validate new data quality, and provide on-call support for data outages.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree and 1–3 years of related experience.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States without requiring company sponsorship.
• Remote role for candidates living in the Seattle area only.
• Good communication skills in English and native local language.
• Deep knowledge of Seattle's transit/traffic network and urban planning.
• Basic data analytics and technical writing skills.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of transit-specific data formats (GTFS).
• Basic knowledge of GIS mapping tools.
• Basic programming skills (Java, C#, C++, Python).
