What you will do

• Establish engineering processes including CI/CD, code reviews, testing, and release management.
• Ensure platform resilience, scalability, monitoring, logging, and automation.
• Maintain transparent communication with stakeholders and documentation.

Requirements

• Remote-first role: work from anywhere.
• 4-5+ years commercial development experience; 1+ year as team lead.
• Strong expertise in Go; experience with Solidity and Web3 integrations.
• Proven ability to design high-load modular backend systems and build architecture from scratch.
• Experience with CI/CD, monitoring, logging, and automation.
• Strong communication skills with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
