What you will do

• Collaborate with third-party suppliers like FNZ to ensure delivery aligns with strategic goals
• Work with Technical Applications Specialists and Quality Engineers to support automation testing
• Conduct impact analysis and manage dependencies across labs
• Develop and maintain architectural roadmaps for transformation
• Map current systems and design future-state solutions
• Support integration and testing of platform components

Requirements

• Location: Hybrid work with at least 40% presence in Edinburgh or Leeds offices
• Proven experience as a Solution Architect in complex environments
• Strong stakeholder management and collaboration skills
• Ability to develop transformation roadmaps and system designs
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• English: B2 or higher proficiency assumed

Nice to have

• Experience with FNZ or similar investment platform providers
• Knowledge of investments and pensions
• Experience in large-scale transformation programmes
