What you will do

• Own and evolve test strategies, frameworks, and quality standards for cloud-based healthcare software.
• Drive the integration of AI and automation into testing workflows to enhance efficiency and coverage.
• Lead, coach, and grow QA/Test engineers, setting clear goals and fostering a culture of quality excellence.
• Optimize test processes, including automation, manual testing, and CI/CD integration.
• Establish metrics, reporting, and quality gates for frequent, reliable deployments.
• Collaborate with development, operations, product, and quality management teams to embed quality throughout the SDLC.

Requirements

• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Experience in software testing (manual and automated), preferably in healthcare or regulated environments.
• Strong background in cloud-based SaaS testing (performance, smoke, canary, A/B, scalability).
• Familiarity with modern test tools (e.g., Playwright, GoLang test runner, SonarQube, Postman) and methodologies.
• Solid understanding of agile and DevSecOps practices.
• Fluency in English is required.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with relevant regulations in the healthcare industry (ISO 13485, IEC 62304, MDR, FHIR).
• Knowledge in German.
