What you will do

• Develop and evolve test strategies, frameworks, and quality standards for cloud-based healthcare software.
• Lead, coach, and grow the QA engineering team through mentorship and performance management.
• Drive the integration of AI and automated workflows into the SDLC to improve efficiency and coverage.
• Serve as the quality advocate in architecture decisions, risk assessments, and release planning.
• Optimize test processes, including CI/CD integration, and establish quality gates for reliable deployments.
• Ensure comprehensive documentation and transparent status reporting across cross-functional projects.

Requirements

• Experience in software testing (manual and automated) within regulated environments.
• Strong background in cloud-based SaaS testing, covering performance, scalability, and release methodologies.
• Leadership experience in managing QA teams and fostering a culture of quality.
• Proficiency with modern test tools and frameworks like Playwright, GoLang test runner, SonarQube, and Postman.
• Solid understanding of Agile and DevSecOps practices.
• English: Fluent communication skills required.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of healthcare regulations such as ISO 13485, IEC 62304, MDR, or FHIR.
• Proficiency in the German language.
