What you will do

• Provide technical leadership for a cell-team building AI-driven, agentic workflows that accelerate developer productivity.
• Design and implement robust frameworks for AI agent orchestration, context management, and task automation, leveraging LLMs.
• Collaborate with engineering, design, and product leaders to maintain architectural consistency and integrate AI solutions.
• Prototype and rigorously assess emerging AI and agentic frameworks (e.g., LangChain, AutoGPT-inspired tools).
• Mentor junior and senior engineers, promoting a culture of technical mastery and ethical AI practices.
• Measure and optimize for developer velocity, workflow reliability, and team satisfaction.

Requirements

• Strong background in at least two of the following domains: completed at least 2 large software projects (at least one in a lead engineering position); direct hands-on experience or demonstrated passion and aptitude for artificial intelligence and machine learning; or proven success in elevating quality practices within large-scale development teams.
• 3+ years of experience in designing software systems optimized for high-quality delivery.
• Expertise working with large C++ and/or C# code bases.
• Strong background in Agile development and continuous delivery practices.
• A minimum of 5 years in software development, with some experience leading multiple technical leads and projects concurrently within a distributed team.
