What you will do

• Lead major product design efforts, ensuring solutions align with user needs and business objectives.
• Build and evolve design systems to maintain consistency, efficiency, and innovation.
• Conduct in-depth user research, usability testing, and data analysis to guide and validate design decisions.
• Work closely with product, engineering, and leadership to shape product vision and strategy.
• Mentor designers, inspire creativity, and champion the value of design across the organization.
• Stay up-to-date on emerging trends, tools, and best practices, including generative AI.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), or a related field.
• Minimum 6+ years of experience in product design, with a proven track record of leading high-impact design initiatives and building scalable design systems.
• Extensive experience collaborating with executive leadership and cross-functional teams to deliver user-centered solutions.
• Proficiency with design tools for UX/UI design, interaction design, and design systems.
• Well-written and spoken English daily is required.
