What you will do

• Lead technical design and implementation of microservices to replace existing TIBCO integrations.
• Analyze legacy integration components and define optimal migration approaches.
• Develop, test, deploy, and maintain microservices and integration interfaces.
• Define best practices, coding standards, integration patterns, and DevOps processes.
• Provide technical leadership and guidance to mid-level and junior developers.
• Collaborate with architects and cross-functional teams to ensure architectural alignment.

Requirements

• Proven hands-on experience with TIBCO (BusinessWorks, EMS, or other components from the TIBCO stack).
• Strong expertise in microservices design, including REST API design and governance, and Messaging/event-driven architectures (Kafka, RabbitMQ).
• Experience with containerization (Docker) and orchestration platforms (Kubernetes).
• Experience implementing CI/CD pipelines and automated testing.
• Proficiency in Java or another backend development language.

Nice to have

• Experience in large-scale migration or modernization programs.
• Exposure to the telecommunications industry (BSS / OSS).
