Salary: £103,900 – £124,500

What you will do

• Understand business needs and translate them into technical requirements and solution designs.
• Lead functional workshops, document requirements, and design appropriate solutions.
• Accelerate solution delivery for customers and advocate for best practices.
• Stay current on hirify.global, observability, and related technologies.
• Act as a key resource for Sales, Product Management, Engineering, Support, and Professional Services teams.

Requirements

• Located in the UK
• 5+ years of experience working on deployment teams, using project management techniques.
• Direct experience with observability (o11y) stacks (visualization, alerting, metrics, logs, traces), preferably with Grafana products (Grafana, Prometheus/Cortex/Enterprise Metrics, Loki/Enterprise Logs, Jaeger/Tempo).
• Experience with Kubernetes (kubectl, Helm, Tanka).
• Experience with Cloud Platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure).
• Excellent communication skills to communicate with customers, partners, and internal teams.
