What you will do

• Partner with senior leadership to shape and execute scalable people strategies that enhance performance and employee experience.
• Use data-driven insights to forecast talent needs and improve organizational health.
• Provide strategic advice, coaching, and guidance to leaders on performance and team dynamics.
• Lead talent programs including succession planning, career pathing, and leadership development.
• Drive organizational design and change management efforts supporting growth and effective operating models.
• Collaborate globally with People Business Partners, COEs, and legal to ensure compliance and alignment.

Requirements

• Location: Must be based in or near Barcelona, Spain with hybrid work onsite 3 days per week
• Strong business acumen with experience influencing senior leaders in global matrix organizations.
• Proven success in organizational design, talent management, and leading complex change.
• Fluent English required; strong knowledge of Spanish labor law and employee relations practices.
• Comfortable working in fast-paced, ambiguous environments with culturally diverse teams.

Nice to have

• Spanish language skills highly preferred.
• Experience supporting global gaming or tech organizations.
