Change & Communications Lead

What you will do

• Support the design and delivery of change management plans to maximize adoption and employee engagement.
• Collaborate with a community of change agents and provide guidance on change activities across the enterprise.
• Implement and evolve communication strategy elements in alignment with EDO strategy.
• Foster a strong EDO culture by promoting local engagement and enabling employees to connect.
• Design and implement a comprehensive Learning & Development program tailored for Value Streams.
• Identify training needs, develop educational content, and measure the success of the L&D program.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in a similar role or equivalent academic experience.
• Background in internal communications and event management.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Proven stakeholder management experience.
• Experience implementing change initiatives in complex environments.
• Extensive experience working in multilayered teams within a global organization.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of data management, data policy, analytics, data science, AI, and machine learning.
• Understanding of the pharmaceutical discovery and development process.
• Knowledge of modern marketing approaches and the use of social media to reach stakeholders.
