Location: Hybrid role based in New York or Houston with substantial remote-work flexibility within the US

Salary: $70,000 - $100,000 per year plus uncapped commission

What you will do

  • Manage and nurture relationships with Maritime and Logistics sector accounts to meet sales targets and enhance customer satisfaction
  • Lead discussions with key stakeholders to identify business needs and opportunities
  • Negotiate contracts and terms ensuring profitable and compliant agreements
  • Drive upselling initiatives within existing accounts including new departments and services
  • Collaborate with Account Development Representatives to leverage leads and client insights
  • Maintain knowledge of industry trends, competitors, and product offerings to position solutions effectively

Requirements

  • Must have legal authorization to live and work in the U.S. without sponsorship
  • At least 2 years of sales experience in Account Management or Business Development selling SaaS/Data/Tech to Maritime/Logistics industry
  • Proven track record managing client accounts and meeting/exceeding sales quotas
  • Self-disciplined, driven, and able to work autonomously in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong negotiation skills and ability to analyze complex client requirements
