What you will do
- Create, schedule, and catalog digital content across multiple platforms, optimizing publishing workflows.
- Coordinate and support brand events, activations, and collaborations.
- Manage social media channels and monitor engagement metrics to grow the community.
- Assist in executing influencer and brand partnerships with seamless communication.
- Provide operational and administrative support to ensure project timelines and quality standards are met.
Requirements
- Location: Hybrid work in Karlsruhe - Burg and Berlin, Germany
- Experience in content coordination, project management, or marketing operations in digital or brand-driven environments.
- Strong English communication skills; German is a plus.
- Passion for watches and brand storytelling.
- Highly organized multitasker with a hands-on mentality and attention to detail.
