What you will do

• Design and implement AI-based workflows to replace manual tasks and enhance efficiency.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize automation opportunities.
• Utilize tools (e.g., n8n, Make.com) and AI platforms to develop, test, and deploy workflows.
• Select and integrate suitable AI services into workflows for various business areas.
• Monitor automated processes, resolve errors, and optimize existing solutions for performance and reliability.
• Follow current developments in AI, hyperautomation, process mining, and automation, actively contributing new ideas.

Requirements

• 1-2 years of experience in process automation or similar fields.
• Solid programming skills in Python or JavaScript to transform automation ideas into working solutions.
• Familiarity with common AI tools and services, recognizing their profitable use in projects.
• Fundamental understanding of data science and machine learning to evaluate, select, and integrate AI models.
• Analytical and conceptual thinking to understand complex business processes and develop sustainable automation solutions.
• Independent work ethic, willingness to learn, and enjoyment of taking responsibility in a dynamic environment.
• Fluent in German (C2) and English (C1+).
