What you will do
- Analyze user scenarios and product metrics to identify optimization opportunities.
- Design UX logic and interfaces for web and mobile, create prototypes from wireframes to hi-fi in Figma.
- Conduct competitive analysis and usability testing, gather and systematize feedback.
- Create visual specifications and participate in design system development.
- Collaborate with development, analytics, and support teams, oversee implementation.
- Prepare infographics and visual materials for presentations, develop technical specifications for layout.
Requirements
- Experience: 3+ years as UI/UX designer or analyst in product teams.
- Tools: Proficient in Figma, Pixso or similar with portfolio.
- Strong sense of style, typography, color, composition, and visual hierarchy.
- Experience designing adaptive interfaces for multiple platforms.
- Understanding of frontend basics: paddings, grids, breakpoints, pixel perfect.
- Knowledge of frontend framework constraints in interface design.
- Familiarity with CJM and JTBD methodologies.
- English: Reading technical documentation level.
Nice to have
- Knowledge of ISA-101 standards, ergonomics (ISO 9241/GOST), high-performance HMI principles.
- Experience designing B2B personal accounts, corporate systems like CRM/ITSM.
- Participation in UX and product research, redesign projects.
- Documentation skills: design specs, UX pattern descriptions.
