TL;DR

Location: Hybrid in Hamburg, Germany (office presence Tuesday to Thursday, remote Monday and Friday)

What you will do

• Design visually engaging and accessible UIs for mobile and web applications.
• Deliver production-ready assets, specs, prototypes, and documentation to developers.
• Build, maintain, and own the evolving design system.
• Create illustrations, icons, and graphical elements for designs.
• Perform design reviews to ensure implementation alignment.
• Collaborate closely with product managers and developers in agile teams.

Requirements

• Location: Must work hybrid in Hamburg, Germany
• 4+ years of experience in product teams with a strong portfolio in UI design.
• Expert-level skills in Figma including component creation and prototyping.
• Fluent English required; German is a plus.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills in agile environments.
• Awareness of accessibility and usability principles.

Nice to have

• Experience with multi-brand design systems and Figma advanced features.
• Skills in motion design and creating meaningful animations.
• Graphic design skills including iconography and brand identity.
• Frontend development experience with Vue.js and Nuxt.js.
• Copywriting skills for product content and messaging.
