What you will do

  • Lead hands-on B2B sales, personally closing initial major deals as a player-coach.
  • Develop and execute outbound sales strategies including prospecting and multi-channel campaigns.
  • Create scalable sales playbooks, processes, and compensation plans.
  • Recruit, train, and manage a high-performance B2B sales team.
  • Own B2B revenue targets and customer acquisition KPIs.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Product and Engineering to influence roadmap and commercial strategy.
  • Build strategic partnerships and channels leveraging industry network.

Requirements

  • Location: Vilnius, Lithuania with hybrid work setup
  • 8-10+ years of B2B sales leadership experience in high-growth environments.
  • Proven ability as a high-energy closer and hunter in competitive B2B markets.
  • Strong network with decision-makers in fintech, payments, or B2B services.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with data-driven and high-speed execution capabilities.
  • Experience building outbound sales engines including playbooks and teams.

  • Experience as a founding commercial hire or building sales from the ground up.
