What you will do

• Monitor and analyze payment transactions to identify potential fraudulent activity.
• Report on and analyze payment and fraud-related issues.
• Utilize fraud detection tools and techniques to identify suspicious patterns or behaviors.
• Conduct risk assessments on payment transactions and implement mitigation strategies.
• Manage payment processing operations, reconcile accounts, and ensure compliance.
• Investigate payment-related discrepancies, chargebacks, and disputes.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to resolve issues and optimize processes.

Requirements

• Good verbal and written communication skills in English (minimum B2 level).
• Proven experience in payment processing or fraud detection, preferably within the online gaming/betting industry.
• Familiarity with Anti-Money Laundering (AML) and Know Your Customer (KYC) principles.
• Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
• Flexibility to work based on business needs, including morning and evening shifts, weekends, and holidays.
