Infrastructure Support Consultant (Data Platforms): Providing technical support for various data platforms and infrastructure issues with an accent on connectivity diagnostics and troubleshooting. Focus on resolving complex technical problems related to Microsoft, Google, AWS, Azure, and on-premises databases, ensuring smooth data flows and integrations.

Location: Remote from Kosovo with a fixed schedule: Monday-Friday, 3 PM – 11 PM CET.

What you will do

• Provide exceptional technical support via calls, chats, and emails.
• Investigate and resolve connectivity questions and issues.
• Diagnose why systems cannot connect to or pull data from different data platforms.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth data flows and integrations.
• Maintain documentation and ensure customers' satisfaction.

Requirements

• English: C1+ required (for both spoken and written).
• Understanding of various data platforms, including Microsoft, Google, AWS, Azure, and on-premises databases.
• Prior experience in technical support.
• Ability to analyze and troubleshoot data connectivity issues across multiple environments.
• Personal laptop or computer (at least 8Gb of RAM) and a stable internet connection (minimum 50 Mbps download and 40 Mbps upload).

Nice to have

• Experience with Virtual machines (e.g., Ubuntu) running on Kubernetes/k3s.
• Knowledge of LDAP and Active Directory.
• Familiarity with SSH tunnels, DNS, SSL certificates, and SSH keys.
• Experience with SMB file servers, Azure Blob and File storage, and basic SQL querying.
• Proficiency in Box and Google Drive permissions management, and Office 365 APIs and permissions handling.
• Skills in Kubectl and shell command execution.
