What you will do

• Develop and manage the annual internal audit plan aligned with strategic priorities and risks.
• Plan and execute IT audits, coordinating with stakeholders and managing audit teams locally and internationally.
• Prepare audit reports, agree findings with business owners, and present to senior and executive management.
• Follow up on outstanding audit issues and perform ad hoc projects and investigations.

Requirements

• Location: Must be based in Sofia, Bulgaria
• 5–8 years of experience in IT/internal audit or related risk/control roles.
• 3+ years in a multinational environment with exposure to IT/technology sectors.
• Deep technical IT knowledge including data security, cloud computing, and software development methodologies.
• Relevant professional qualifications (CISA, CISSP, ITIL, CISM) desirable.
• Big 4 or internal audit experience is a plus.
