Location: Hybrid work model (3 days in office) in Sydney, Australia. Relocation assistance is offered to new employees moving to Sydney.

What you will do

  • Help refine the strategic vision for hirify.global's Solutions Engineering function.
  • Lead and mentor a multifaceted team through the entire sales cycle, fostering customer engagement and scalability.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including GTM, Product, Engineering, and Research.
  • Act as the escalation technical contact for key clients in your sales segment.
  • Be a thought leader in the industry, advocating for innovative AI applications.
  • Champion a customer-first approach within the organization.

Requirements

  • Deep technical acumen, particularly in AI and related platform technologies.
  • Experience in developing and executing large-scale technical success strategies.
  • Proven ability to motivate and steer a high-performing team.
  • Experience leading teams spanning across multiple APAC markets and geographies.
  • Capability to distill complex technical concepts into clear, comprehensible communication.
  • Embody a customer-centric philosophy and strong presentation skills with executives.
