What you will do

• Identify and document core and advanced skills for Support and CRM roles, develop skill standards and measurement methods.
• Design and deliver learning programs including e-learning, microlearning, and simulations to address skill gaps.
• Conduct skill assessments, analyze data, and collaborate with team leaders to ensure fair skill evaluation.
• Deliver onboarding and continuous learning content aligned with product knowledge and client needs.
• Support strategic projects such as AI simulation development and gamified learning design.
• Manage multiple projects independently and report progress to stakeholders.

Requirements

• Willingness to relocate to Malaysia.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher with minimum 2 years experience in training or instructional design.
• Proficiency in e-learning authoring tools and LMS platforms.
• Experience with data analysis languages (Python, R, SQL) and JavaScript is a significant advantage.
• Excellent English communication skills (verbal, written, visual).
• Strong organizational, problem-solving skills, and ability to work across time zones.
