Your Responsibilities
🔹 Build, manage, and convert a solid pipeline of international clients.
🔹 Scout new prospects using LinkedIn, Lusha, LemList, Cognism, and other sales tools.
🔹 Manage and re-engage CRM leads, refreshing and updating existing data.
🔹 Close new deals online through virtual demos (outbound and inbound leads).
🔹 Qualify prospects and leads via calls, emails, LinkedIn, and other tools like Lusha.
🔹 Log all sales activities in the company's CRM system and keep client information updated.
🔹 Identify new sales opportunities through networking and convert them into trusted partnerships.
🔹 Provide excellent post-sale support to build customer loyalty.
🔹 Stay in regular contact with clients to understand their needs and grow relationships.
🔹 Address complaints, resolve issues, and ensure a stellar reputation for the brand.
🔹 Negotiate agreements and keep records of sales data in the CRM system.
What We’re Looking For
✅ Proven experience closing deals of €20K+ annually per customer.
✅ Successful track record as an Enterprise Account Executive or Sales Representative (especially in SaaS).
✅ 4+ years of direct/outside sales experience with individual quota responsibility.
✅ Strong account management or inside sales experience in SaaS or technology fields.
✅ Expertise in sales tools, market research, and negotiation strategies.
✅ Proficient with CRM tools like Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar systems.
✅ Skilled at running online presentations and product demos (Zoom, Google Meet, etc.).
✅ A proven ability to develop and execute new business activities with cutting-edge technologies.
✅ A BSc or BA degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field is a plus.
