Aura from Unity — a large-scale, innovative mobile platform used on 330M+ devices worldwide — is looking for an Engineering Team Lead (Full Stack) to join the team in Warsaw.

The position combines both managerial responsibilities and hands-on development.

Management requirements:
• Leading a team of 4+ developers
• Ability to analyze and track engineering performance using delivery and quality metrics (cycle time, PR review time, incident rate, velocity, etc.)
• Experience in hiring, onboarding, and scaling technical teams while maintaining culture and high engagement
• Skilled in conducting 1:1 meetings, performance reviews, and continuous feedback loops to promote transparency and motivation

Technical requirements:
• 5+ years of experience with web development in React
• 5+ years of experience with backend development in NodeJS
• Practical experience in the design and architecture of large-scale systems (front-end/back-end)
• Working knowledge of databases (MySQL, MemSQL, Redis)
• Experience with cloud solutions (AWS preferred)
