What you will do

• Build foundational full-stack services, APIs, UIs, and internal tooling for enterprise logic.
• Scale and extend the Organizations model for hirify.global's largest customers and partners.
• Implement robust data models and build high-performance Go services within a Kubernetes ecosystem.
• Own the operational excellence of your services, troubleshooting complex distributed traces.
• Leverage AI tooling like OpenCode to expand domain knowledge and deliver change.

Requirements

• Professional Backend Experience: 3+ years building and maintaining production applications.
• Solid grasp of at least one typed language (like Go, PHP, Rust, or TypeScript) and excitement to master Go.
• Experience working within distributed systems, understanding concurrency and data consistency.
• Comfortable with React/TypeScript for UI, with a strong enjoyment for backend logic and API design.
• Strong experience with SQL and relational databases (schema design, efficient queries).
• Familiarity with Docker and Kubernetes for deploying services in a cloud-native environment.
• English: B2 required.

Nice to have

• Excitement about exploring and adopting AI tooling in workflows.
• Experience using logging and monitoring tools (like Kibana, Sentry, or Grafana) to diagnose issues.
