What you will do

• Build foundational services that enable the world’s largest organizations to run on hirify.global.
• Manage complex enterprise logic at scale, focusing on scaling and extending the Organizations model.
• Implement robust data models and build high-performance services in Go.
• Ensure deployments are stable within the Kubernetes ecosystem.
• Troubleshoot complex distributed traces using tools like Jaeger, Sentry, and Kibana.
• Use AI tooling like OpenCode to deliver change more rapidly.

Requirements

• Professional Backend Experience: 3+ years of experience building and maintaining production applications with a solid grasp of at least one typed language (like Go, PHP, Rust, or TypeScript).
• Experience working within distributed systems and understanding core concepts like concurrency and data consistency.
• Comfortable building UI components in a React/TypeScript codebase and enjoy backend logic and API design.
• Excited about exploring and adopting rapidly advancing AI tooling in your workflows.
• Strong experience with SQL and relational databases, understanding schema design and efficient queries.
• Experience using logging and monitoring tools (like Kibana, Sentry, or Grafana) to diagnose issues.
• Familiarity with Docker and Kubernetes.
