• Collaborate with senior leadership to execute sales structures, processes, and technology enhancements.
• Drive user growth strategies and campaigns targeting VIP and OTC clients.
• Represent hirify.global Crypto at local and international events and provide insights to executives.
• Build and lead a high-performing team fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Location: Must be based in Australia
• 5+ years senior business development and sales experience in fintech, including 3+ years in senior crypto commercial roles.
• Deep expertise in crypto exchange and digital asset industry with strong commercial acumen.
• Proven leadership and team-building skills with strong communication and negotiation abilities.
• Comfortable working in fast-paced, evolving environments with shifting priorities.
• Postgraduate qualifications in Business, Economics, or Project Management are desirable.
