What you will do

• Partner with clients to deliver digital backend solutions unlocking business value
• Lead design and implementation of scalable, high-performance backend architectures
• Manage databases and develop backend testing strategies to ensure reliability
• Conduct code reviews and foster continuous improvement culture
• Ensure secure coding, encryption, and vulnerability assessments are applied
• Collaborate with stakeholders for efficient feature delivery and stay updated on industry trends

Requirements

• Location: Medellin, Colombia (hybrid work format)
• English: daily use required (B2 level assumed)
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field
• 8+ years backend development and leadership experience
• High proficiency in .NET Core and .NET 6+
• Experience with SQL/NoSQL databases, cloud services (AWS, Azure), and MVC frameworks

Nice to have

• Experience with Java, TypeScript, Golang
• Experience with AI tools
• Agile and Kanban environment experience
