What you will do

• Plan, conduct, and coordinate DevOps activities and lead other engineers.
• Design cost-optimization strategies for cloud infrastructure and manage production deployments.
• Improve Kubernetes workload monitoring and manage disaster recovery processes.
• Build and maintain DevOps code base and automate development and release processes.
• Provide technical oversight and represent the DevOps team in meetings.
• Participate in hiring and communicate with project management and senior leadership.

Requirements

• Location: Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without visa sponsorship
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a technical discipline.
• 8+ years of IT experience with expertise in complex technology solutions.
• Experience with cloud platforms (GCP, AWS, Azure), Kubernetes, CI/CD tools, and automation scripting.
• Strong leadership and team supervision skills.

Nice to have

• Experience with GitOps tools like ArgoCD and monitoring tools such as Grafana and Jaeger.
• Knowledge of web and Java development.
