What you will do

• Serve as a technical leader in Machine Learning, guiding efforts and collaboration within and across teams.
• Conduct hands-on analysis and modeling of large-scale data to generate insights for ads revenue growth.
• Lead end-to-end Machine Learning projects involving high levels of ambiguity, scale, and complexity.
• Build, experiment with, optimize, and deploy machine learning models in collaboration with software engineers.
• Run A/B experiments, gather data, and perform statistical analysis to validate models.
• Develop scalable and automated processes for data analysis, model development, validation, and serving.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience building models for business application.
• PhD, or Master's degree with 5+ years of experience in CS, CE, ML, or a related field.
• Experience programming in Java, C++, or Python.
• Experience in algorithms and data structures.
• Experience in numerical optimization, data mining, parallel, or distributed computing.

Nice to have

• Experience using Unix/Linux.
• Experience in professional software development.
