What you will do

• Streamline marketing operations and publishing infrastructure.
• Manage budgets, contracts, vendors, RFPs, and tooling (Coupa, JIRA, Airtable).
• Create and maintain processes for improved visibility, coordination, and efficiency.
• Own key operational tools and dashboards to ensure data accuracy.
• Facilitate planning sessions and strategy workshops to align priorities.
• Develop scalable frameworks and SLAs for smooth team operations.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in operations, production, or project management, ideally within marketing organizations.
• Proven ability to design and optimize processes using tools like JIRA, Coupa, and Airtable.
• Experience managing budgets, contracts, and vendor relationships across multiple teams.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and facilitation skills.
• Analytical thinking with the ability to translate workflows and data into actionable improvements.
• A proactive problem solver who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
