What you will do
- Drive partner engagement and act as primary contact between partners and sales teams.
- Manage partner-originated opportunities and track progress toward quarterly sales goals.
- Coach sales teams on partner ecosystem engagement and facilitate partner enablement.
- Conduct business reviews and identify growth opportunities with partners.
- Deliver sales and technical training and provide marketing and competitive insights to partners.
- Manage channel conflict and lead joint account mapping initiatives with partners.
Requirements
- Location: Must be based in the United States, Western Region
- 4+ years experience in partner management within software security.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets.
- Knowledge of partner ecosystem and strategic joint business planning.
Nice to have
- Existing relationships with hirify.global partners.
- Experience with Salesforce CRM and Partner Relationship Management systems.
- Analytical skills to identify performance improvements.
