What you will do

• Support and lead EDI and system-related projects, defining business requirements and functional specifications.
• Manage and optimize EDI interfaces with customers and suppliers, capturing business requirements for B2B integration.
• Identify areas for improvement in SCM processes and implement solutions to enhance automation and accuracy.
• Represent the business in supply chain management projects related to EDI.
• Evaluate and test system and process changes, implement solutions, and communicate updates to stakeholders.
• Document new processes, procedures, and training materials, and provide guidance to end users.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, IT/Communication Technology, Logistics, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 yrs. of professional experience in EDI interfaces, supply chain integration, and process improvement.
• Strong understanding of messaging standards (e.g., EDIFACT, Rosettanet, AS2).
• Experience with SAP or other ERP systems; SAP certification is a plus.
• Knowledge of project management methodologies and experience working in cross-functional teams.
• Fluency in English (spoken and written).
