What you will do

• Lead the team to build modern applications, platforms, and services.
• Communicate and execute plans for budget, resources, and tools to support business and evolve products.
• Establish relevant learning plans to grow the team professionally and technically.
• Define metrics to measure delivery on business and service level objectives, and use them for process and product improvement.
• Anticipate and remove impediments for the team as a servant leader.
• Oversee platform definition, software architecture, and tool selection.

Requirements

• 8-10 years of experience in software development is required, with preferred experience in leading software development projects and people.
• Experience in software architecture and implementing through code.
• Advanced knowledge of business processes, IT systems, infrastructure, and operations for supported business groups.
• Knowledgeable of best practices in IT governance and regulatory landscape for financial institutions.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, analytical, and troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to coach, develop, and lead others, demonstrating expertise in various technologies including low-code, ESB, pipeline automation (Azure DevOps, Terraform), code scanning, Git, mobile, UI (Angular, JavaScript), high-level programming (Java, C#, Go), scripting, databases (Oracle, SQL Server, NoSQL), and test automation.
