• Build and ship high-quality, secure, and maintainable consumer-grade web applications.

• Optimize onboarding flows and product features using data-driven insights.
• Work in a fast-paced, design-driven product development cycle.
• Partner closely with data science teams to analyze user behavior and improve product impact.

Requirements

• Must be local to the San Francisco area and work onsite at least 3 days a week.
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field with 4+ years of web engineering experience or equivalent.
• Proficiency in JavaScript, TypeScript, React, CSS, Node.js, and web protocols.
• Experience in growth engineering with demonstrated success in acquisition, engagement, and retention.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills with cross-functional teams.
• Data-driven mindset with ability to ship impactful initiatives.
