• Utilize latest developments in LLM system optimization and advance state-of-the-art technologies.
• Design and implement high-performance, scalable AI infrastructure for LLM deployment.
• Optimize LLM inference workloads via kernel, algorithm, scheduling, and parallelization improvements.
• Maintain and improve internal LLM inference infrastructure.
• Translate innovative ideas into production-ready solutions.

Requirements

• Location: Must be based in Beijing, China for onsite work
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in computer science, engineering, or related field; PhD preferred.
• Strong programming skills in Python and C/C++.
• 2+ years experience in machine learning system development and optimization.
• Experience with CUDA kernel development and optimization preferred.
• Passion for learning and growth mindset.
