What you will do

• Collaborate with research teams to advance reinforcement learning algorithms for large language models.
• Develop core systems for scaling reinforcement learning to heterogeneous environments.

Requirements

• Location: Must work onsite in London, United Kingdom with hybrid work expectations.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Machine Learning, Mathematics, or related STEM field.
• Experience in programming languages such as C, C++, C#, Rust, Java, or Python.
• Experience with large-scale software systems and infrastructure.
• Interest or experience in reinforcement learning, language modeling, or generative modeling.
