What you will do
- Design and develop data pipelines ingesting large multimodal datasets (text, audio, images, video).
- Build and maintain infrastructure to store and process petabytes of data.
- Collaborate with pretraining and post-training teams to improve data recipes through experimentation.
- Work closely with product teams and researchers to identify model gaps.
- Embody company culture and values.
Requirements
- Location: Must be based in London, United Kingdom
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Math, Software Engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience.
- Expertise in large-scale data engineering applied to AI.
- Experience with Spark, Kubernetes, or similar technologies.
- Strong collaboration and proactive attitude in a fast-paced environment.
