What you will do

• Design, train, and deploy advanced LLM/MLLM/SLM models for ads content creation, performance optimization, and customer support.
• Apply strong problem-solving and data analysis skills to identify opportunities and optimize performance.
• Stay updated with advancements in generative AI, LLM agents, and online advertisement to integrate improvements.
• Develop scalable algorithms and pipelines for model training, data processing, serving, and measurement.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define strategies and deliver solutions.
• Present technical solutions and results clearly to stakeholders.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree with 4+ years, Master’s with 3+ years, or Doctorate with 1+ year experience in a related field.
• Minimum 3+ years of experience in machine learning, large AI model, or LLM-driven agent development and application.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as C++/C# and Python.
• Proven track record of leading projects and delivering successful results.
• Ability to implement ideas quickly and iterate based on feedback and experiments.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.

Nice to have

• Hands-on experience in LLM/MLLM or text/multimedia content generation model training, or agent algorithm development.
• Proven ability in technical innovation and creative problem-solving.
