What you will do

• Develop practical concepts along the data value chain including analytics and generative AI.
• Assess organizational maturity in data management and AI literacy, identifying potentials and challenges.
• Advise companies on becoming data-driven, analyzing technical and organizational requirements and business value.
• Collaborate with business and IT stakeholders at various levels to understand requirements and communicate solutions.
• Design, develop, and implement data solutions using modern cloud services like Databricks and Snowflake.
• Support transformation projects from strategy to implementation and new AI use case adoption.
• Conduct workshops and presentations for decision-makers in sales and project contexts.

Requirements

• Location: Must be based in Germany, France, or Switzerland with willingness to travel for onsite customer projects.
• 5-10 years of professional experience in similar roles.
• Strong knowledge of data architectures, cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), Databricks, Snowflake.
• Proficiency in Python and SQL for data engineering and machine learning.
• Understanding of data governance and AI regulations with ability to implement compliance structures.
• Very good written and spoken German and English.
