Location: Hybrid (Redmond, United States). Starting January 26, 2026, employees who live within a 50-mile commute of a designated Microsoft office in the U.S. or 25-mile commute of a non-U.S., country-specific location are expected to work from the office at least four days per week.

Salary: USD $119,800 – $258,000 per year.

What you will do

• Design and develop delightful user experiences on Bing using modern frontend technologies.
• Implement UX styling and design systems to maintain consistency and enhance usability.
• Collaborate with other teams to achieve product goals.
• Solve problems related to mission-critical services and build automation to prevent problem recurrence.
• Identify and drive solutions for systemic issues.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or related technical field AND 4+ years technical engineering experience OR equivalent experience.
• Minimum of 5 years of development experience with exceptional coding, design, problem-solving, and analytical capabilities.
• Strong technical proficiency in React, AngularJS, Web Components, and CSS.
• Proficiency in debugging and resolving issues across multiple subsystems.
• Experience with Git and developing highly available and scalable web services.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with C#.
• Familiarity with Bing UX.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Solid sense of accountability and ownership throughout the entire project lifecycle.
• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
