Location: Remote. However, starting January 26, 2026, employees living within a 50-mile commute of a designated Microsoft office in the U.S. or 25-mile commute of a non-U.S., country-specific location are expected to work from the office at least four days per week.

Salary: USD $119,800 – $234,700 per year (U.S. general) or USD $158,400 – $258,000 per year (San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area).

What you will do

• Determine user requirements for features in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Design and implement code for products, services, or features, reusing code where applicable.
• Contribute to breaking down larger work items and providing estimations.
• Act as a Designated Responsible Individual (DRI) for on-call system monitoring and restoration of simple problems.
• Stay current with developments to improve product availability, reliability, efficiency, and performance.
• Build solutions for publisher onboarding, quality verification, and comprehensive revenue and quality reports.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or related technical field AND 4+ years of technical engineering experience with C#, Java, JavaScript, or Python.
• 8+ years of solid experience in building and maintaining reliable and scalable services/platforms (preferred).
• Hands-on experience with Azure DevOps and familiarity with its suite of tools (preferred).
• Familiarity with distributed systems, event-driven architectures, and Azure cloud (preferred).
• Excellent coding skills, solid in OOPS, OOAD, and design patterns and their application.
• Solid with Microsoft .NET technologies (C# and the .NET Framework).
