What you will do
- Understand client's business objectives to resolve issues and ensure customer success.
- Act as a technical owner for assigned accounts, managing planning and execution.
- Become a technical partner, shaping customers' security strategy and programs.
- Meet regularly with strategic clients, remotely and on-site, to review status and drive security programs.
- Advocate for customer requirements and challenges within hirify.global teams.
- Direct crisis and incident response, ensuring timely resolution and effective communication.
- Maintain strong technical knowledge of hirify.global products and mentor staff.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in a technical customer-facing role (e.g., Technical Account Manager, Professional Services, Sales Engineer, Technical Support Engineer).
- Exposure to multiple networking and security technologies.
- Knowledge of project management and strong account management skills.
- 3+ years of hands-on experience with Linux, including supporting Linux-based applications.
- 3+ years of networking experience.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills, both written and oral.
Nice to have
- CISSP, CEH, Security+, OSCP or similar certifications.
- SQL experience.
- Scripting language experience.
- Proficiency with hirify.global or similar products.
- Penetration Testing experience.
- 1+ years of security experience.
