What you will do

• Build immersive, interactive, and polished web experiences pushing design and engineering boundaries.
• Rapidly prototype interaction models, motion, and narrative storytelling concepts.
• Collaborate with product design, brand design, and marketing teams to translate creative visions into interactive executions.
• Bring rigor to motion design including animation, transitions, and scroll-based storytelling.
• Ensure projects are performant, accessible, and resilient across platforms and devices.
• Stay updated on emerging technologies and collaborate closely with engineers for scalable implementation.

Requirements

• Location: Must be based in the US (remote).
• 6+ years of front-end development or design engineering experience.
• Expertise in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React, and TypeScript.
• Strong knowledge of motion design and WebGL frameworks like Three.js.
• Proven ability to deliver interactive, narrative-driven web experiences.
• Strong portfolio showcasing innovative, brand-defining work.

Nice to have

• Experience with 3D or WebGL frameworks such as Babylon.js.
• Collaboration experience with brand and marketing teams on campaign-driven projects.
• Prototyping skills with Figma, Framer, or custom code.
• Curiosity for emerging storytelling mediums and approaches.
