What you will do
- Collaborate with Client Partners to meet and exceed client marketing goals and drive year-over-year hirify.global revenue growth.
- Proactively manage and deepen relationships with existing advertising partners, including agencies and direct clients.
- Lead and execute campaign launches from start to finish, delivering insightful optimization recommendations.
- Act as the primary point of contact for internal account operations, managing revenue delivery and troubleshooting.
- Educate brands and media agencies on hirify.global’s value proposition and advertising best practices.
- Consult clients on awareness and direct response objectives, crafting thoughtful and creative media plans and ensuring effective campaign delivery.
- Dive deep into campaign performance data, audience and competitor insights, and market trends to develop KPI-driven recommendations.
- Proactively seek and represent client needs to cross-functional stakeholders and shape hirify.global’s native ads product roadmap.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in advertising sales and account management, with B2B Tech client experience preferred.
- Strong understanding of the customer marketing funnel and traditional marketing ecosystem.
- Expertise with performance/direct response campaigns.
- Comfortable with problems of diverse scope where analysis of data requires evaluation of identifiable factors.
- Understanding of Digital measurement, tracking fundamentals, and mobile measurement partners.
- Experience cultivating strong relationships with external partners.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and unstructured work environment.
- Proficiency in Excel preferred.
- BA / BS degree or equivalent work experience.
